• Computer hardware

  • Use KiCad to develop PCBs
  • Prior experience with git and KiCad

• CI/CD

  • Develop workflows using GitHub actions to automate documentation
  • Prior experience with CI/CD

• Graphic design

  • Logo and some PCB art for this board. Here's the DXF file.
  • Figure out JLCPCB's design requirements for minimum stroke thickness, distance from edge etc.
  • Something like this or multicolor

Contribution Requirements

Sonic Avionics intends to scale and create increasingly complex projects. We use GitHub for everything.

General Requirements

1. Experience with GitHub and Git
2. Completed Learn Git Branching tutorial, and apply all concepts in a GitHub repo
3. Read: How To Ask Questions The Smart Way
4. Understand what cloning and forking and pull requests are on GitHub.
5. Do the challenge of your specialization

Guidelines

Before doing the Learn Git Branching tutorial, it is recommended you do the following:

• If you're on windows, install WSL
• Install GitHub CLI then gh auth login
• Use zsh and Oh My Zsh and powerlevel10k
• Get VSCode, and sign in with GitHub
